Ingredients
Shrimp: deveined and washed
Salt
Self-rising flour
Cooking oil
1 jar of Rosie's Sweet Heat Barbecue Sauce
Instructions
1. Place shrimp into a bowl with a pinch of salt. Add Rosie's Sweet Heat Barbecue Sauce (just enough to coat the shrimp).
2. In a separate bowl or plastic bag, add 1 cup of flour. Add a small amount of shrimp to coat with flour.
3. Fry shrimp in medium hot oil in a shallow frying pan until brown. Drain on paper towel.
4. Serve with celery, blue cheese and a nicely buttered kaiser roll.
