Ingredients
2 to 3 lbs. of baby back or beef ribs
(you can also use quarted whole chicken parts and follow the same method)
Salt and pepper
1 jar Rosie's Bold Mesquite BBQ Sauce
Instructions
1. Salt and pepper ribs and place in a large bowl
2. Pour 1/2 a jar of Rosie's Bold Mesquite Barbecue Sauce and toss well
3. Marinade in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
4. Take out ribs and place each one on grill
5. Cook on medium heat 15-20 minutes on each side until meat is thoroughly cooked inside
6. Five minutes before the meat is done, take remaining sauce in the jar and baste the ribs on each side with a brush
7. Use extra sauce for dipping
