Ingredients
1 lb. Chicken Breast
Salt and pepper to season
1 lb cooked Penne Pasta
1/2 cup fresh tomato basil
1 jar Rosie's a la Vodka sauce Extra Virgin olive oil
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare penne pasta according to package
2. Heat frying pan with olive oil
3. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper
4. Cut chicken into 1/4" slices
5. Saute chicken on pan until thoroughly cooked on medium to high flame
6. Drain excess oil from the pan and return to heat
7. Add one jar of Rosie's Vodka Sauce and stir
8. Mix in cooked penne pasta
9. Top with grated parmesan cheese and pieces of fresh basil
